摘 要:为了研究Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5大块非晶合金在过冷液相区的尺寸效应,进行了温度为421,431,441,451℃,应变速率为0.01,0.005,0.002,0.001s-1,尺寸为3,2,1,0.6mm下共计64组的压缩试验。根据得到的力和位移曲线求出真实应力应变曲线,分析曲线得到稳态流动应力、应力过冲峰值、应力过冲峰值对应的应变与尺寸的关系,最后得出随着试样尺寸的增大,真实应力值随之减小,稳态流动应力减小,应力过冲峰值减小,且出现的位置随尺寸的增大而后移。In order to study the size effect of Zr-based bulk metallic glasses in the supercooled liquid region 64 groups of compression tests under temperature of 421, 431, 441, 451℃ ,strain rate of 0. 01,0. 005,0. 002,0. 001 s 1,sizeof3,2,1,0.6 mm were conducted. According to the load-force curves, true strain stress curves were got, and through analysis, the relation-ship between size and stable flow stress, over shoot peak value, and corresponding strain was got. As a result the conclusion could be drawn that with the size increasing, true stress decreased, stable flow stress decreased, over shoot peak value de creased, and the occurrence was backward with the size increasing.
