摘　　要：本调研报告主要阐述了课题组通过全面系统的文献调研与实证调研相结合的途径与方法，比较全面系统地掌握了中华人民共和国成立60年来医药卫生立法的基本数据，分析阐明了我国医药卫生法制建设的基本状况、所取得的重要成绩、呈现的主要特点以及发挥的重大作用。This research report mainly presents the basic informaton of medicine and health legislation since the leberation of China, which was obtained by the project group by means of combining desk research and on-the spot investigation. It analyzes the basic condition of medicine and health law construction in our country, the great achievement we have achieved, main characteristics, and the importmant role it played as well.
