摘  要:利用充液成形工艺完成了飞机大型复杂双曲度蒙皮类零件的成形。通过对零件成形过程进行工艺分析与数值模拟,确定了加工时所需工艺参数,并通过试验验证了数值模拟结果。分析了成形过程中出现的2种典型缺陷,最终加工出了达到零件精确成形要求的合格件。Using bydroforming process the forming of aircraft large complex double curvature covering parts was completed. The process parameters through analyzing the forming process and numerical simulation were obtained. The simulation results by experiments were verified. Two kinds of typical defects in the forming process were analysed. Finally the part with qualified requirements was formed.
