摘 要:以木粉(WF)、壳聚糖(Chit)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,自由基聚合得到共聚物;在乙醇-NaOH溶液中浸泡中和,制备木粉/壳聚糖-g-P(AA-AM)(WCPAAM)高效Pb2+吸附树脂。正交试验结果表明,合成树脂的优化工艺为:[AA]/[AM]=2g/4g、[Chit]/[M]=1.2g/6g、[C]/[M]=1.8‰(质量浓度,下同)、[I]/[M]=2.8%(质量浓度,下同)、预引发时间(温度)t=24min(60℃);影响树脂吸附量的因素依次为:交联度浓度>单体配比>壳聚糖浓度>引发剂浓度>>预引发时间t。WCPAAM树脂的最佳使用条件为:树脂用量0.20g/L,pH=5,[Pb2+]=0.75mmol/L,使用温度(时间)25℃(8~10h),此时树脂对Pb2+的吸附量达2.52mmol/g,去除率为99.71%。The copolymer of wood flour/Chitosan grafted acrylic acid and acrylamide(WCPAAM) was prepared by the radical polymerization of wood flour Chitosan acrylic acid(AA) and acrylamide(AM) as starting-materials,potassium persulfate(KPS) as the initiator and N,N-methylene bisacrylamide(NMBA) as the cross-linker,then soaked in alcohol-NaOH solution to neutralize adequately.The preparation conditions were also optimized and the following conclusions were obtained by the orthogonal experiment.The important order of the influence of different factors on the adsorption performance of WCPAAM resin is:the cross-linker concentrationmonomer ratiochitosan concentrationinitiator concentrationprepriming time t and the corresponding optimization conditions is:/=2g/4 g,/[M]=1.2 g/6 g,=1.8‰(wt),=2.8%(wt),the prepriming time t=24 min(60 ℃).The main factors on Pb2+ removal by WCPAAM adsorbent are studied in detail and the optimum conditions are:the dosage of WPCAAM is 0.20 g/L,pH value is 5,the initial concentration of Pb2+ is 0.75 mmol/L,the temperature is 25 ℃and the contact time is 8~10 h.The adsorption uptake and removal ratio of Pb2+by WCPAAM is 2.52 mmol/g,99.71% respectively.
