摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定紫果西番莲叶中荭草素、异荭草素的含量,并比较不同产地紫果西番莲叶中荭草素及异荭草素的含量差异。方法 色谱柱为Inertsil C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(18∶82);检测波长:350 nm,流速1 ml/min,柱温30℃。结果异荭草素、荭草素检测浓度分别在0.015~0.150 mg/ml(r=0.999 8)0、.012~0.120 mg/ml(r=0.999 8)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.91%(RSD=1.28%)、99.08%(RSD=1.12%)。结论本方法简便、准确,可以作为紫果西番莲叶中荭草素和异荭草素含量测定的一种有效方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of orientin, isoorientin in leaves of Passiflora Edulis Sims. Methods The wavelength was chosen at B50 nm and the flow rate was 1 ml/min. The Intertsll C18 column and acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid were used as the stationary and mobile phase respectively. Results Isoorientin, orientin had good linear relationships in the range of 0.015 - 0. 150 mg/ml ( r = 0. 999 8 ), 0.012 - 0. 120 mg/ml ( r = 0. 999 8 ), respectively. The average recoveries were 98.91% ( RSD = 1.28% ), 99.08% ( RSD = 1.12% ). Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible for the determination of orientin and isoorientin in Passiflora Edulis Sims.
