摘　　要：目的考察配制方法对硫酸镁溶液质量的影响。方法 采用留样观察方法,比较以板框压滤机过滤的灭菌配制工艺与以脱脂棉过滤的普通配制工艺配制的硫酸镁溶液。结果经留样观察一年,以板框压滤机过滤的灭菌工艺配制的硫酸镁溶液,外观始终保持澄清,微生物限度检查符合规定。结论以板框压滤机过滤的灭菌工艺配制的硫酸镁溶液质量稳定性好,值得推广。Objective To study the impact of methods Methods The retain samples were observed to compare 2 sterilization preparation process with frame press filter and b of preparation on the quality of magnesium sulfate solution. kinds of magnesium sulfate solution which were made by the y general preparation process with cotton filter. Results The 2 kinds solution had been observed for 1 year. The former one could always keep clarification in appearance and the microbial limit tests meet the requirements well. Conclusion The quality and stability of magnesium sulfate solution makes by the sterilization preparation process with frame press filter are better. This preparation method of magnesium sulfate solution is worth to be popularized.
