摘　　要：《中医药条例》经过多年的实践运行，其不足之处逐渐显现：某些法条的阐述不够明晰：诸多重大问题、重要制度没有提及或论述不够突出；某些法条阐述得过于原则，缺乏可操作性；多个专业术语的基本概念不明确。这些问题都需要通过对《中医药条例》的完善加以解决。After years of practice, the deficiency of Traditional Chinese Medicine Regulations appears gradually, such as some regulations are not explained clearly enough; many major issues and systems are not mentioned or discussed distinctly; some provisions are set forth in the lack of maneuverability; and the basic concept of many professional terms is not clear, etc.. And all these problems should be solved by perfecting Traditional Chinese Medicine Regulations.
