摘　　要：曾引起网络热议的“徐宝宝”事件，在后续的行政处罚中存在一些瑕疵。本文试从行政处罚决定主体、调查主体和处罚程序三方面分析该事件在行政处罚过程中出现的一系列问题，并对我国行政处罚存在的一些问题进行探讨，以期供大家思考。There are some flaws in the subsequent administrative penalty for ＂Xu Baobao＂ event, which was once hot on the net. This paper attempts to analyze the problems from the perspective of decision body of admin- istrative penalty, investigation body and punishment procedures, and discuss some problems in the administrative penalty in Chine in order to raise questions for the readers to consider.
