摘　　要：目的研究蓼科药用植物羊蹄根的化学成分。方法采用溶剂法和层析法分离、纯化羊蹄的化学成分,并通过理化性质与光谱数据,鉴定所得化合物的分子结构。结果从羊蹄根的乙醇提取物中分离得到2个单体化合物,分别鉴定为大黄酚(Ⅰ)、大黄素甲醚(Ⅱ)。结论分离到的2个单体化合物为羊蹄活性成分的深入研究和药用资源的开发利用提供了实验依据。Objective To study the chemical constituents in dried roots of Rumex japonicus Houtt..Methods The chemical constituents of Rumex japonicus Houtt.were isolated and purified using solvent extraction and chromatography.And their molecular structures were recognized by applying the physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data.Results Two compounds were isolated from the alcoholic extract of the roots and identified as chrysophanol（Ⅰ）,physcion（Ⅱ）.Conclusion The results provided experimental evidence for the intensive studies and exploitation and utilization of Rumex japonicus Houtt..
