摘　　要：该课题以武汉纺织大学科研系统的开发为背景，详细探讨了科研信息化过程，提出了浏览器／服务器的开发模式。该文研究和探讨了目前科研管理信息系统的发展现状和现行软件技术，针对武汉纺织大学的背景，详细分析了系统的功能需求，提出了切实可行的设计方案，主要包括项目管理功能。该项目开发实施使武汉纺织大学科技部摆脱过去耗费大量人力物力和时间的手工管理，达到规范化管理的效果，提高工作效率、提升对学校服务需求的反应速度，从而全面提高科技管理的水平和服务质量。This topic is based on the development of the Research Information Management System of Wuhan Textile University, discusses in detail in the process of Research information management, and puts forward the browse/server development model. This thesis discusses the research and Research management information system for the status and the existing software development technology. Against the background of Wuhan Textile University, detailed analysis of the functional requirements of the system, presented a practical and feasible design options, including project management. The invention and implementation of the project has helped the Ministry of Science and Technology get out of the troubles caused by manual management work which consumed many materials and much time. By improving working efficiency through standardized management and speeding up the response to people＂ service demands, this system is able to heighten the level of research management in an all-round way and service quality. It has gained both economic and social benefits.
