摘　　要：视频压缩技术在服务器管理中占有举足轻重的作用，该文首先介绍了目前主流的视频压缩技术的发展，应用领域和标准，然后针对低成本，低功耗的需求，提出了一种改进的RLE算法。The video compression technology in the server management plays a decisive role, this paper first introduced the current main video compression technology development, the application fields and standards, then for low cost, low power consumption demand, and proposes an improved RLE algorithm.
