摘　　要：该课题以武汉纺织大学校医院系统的开发为背景，详细探讨了医院信息化过程，提出了客户机／服务器的开发模式。该文研究和探讨了目前医院管理信息系统的发展现状和现行软件技术，针对武汉纺织大学的背景，详细分析了系统的功能需求，提出了切实可行的设计方案。同时，为了广泛应用该系统，提高响应速度以及保证数据的完整性，根据医院的具体情况，该文提出并设计了分布式数据库系统。通过这些技术的分析、设计和实现武汉纺织大学医院管理的信息化之后，提高了数据处理的效率，提供了数据共享，提供了数据共享、统一管理的数字化服务，并为医疗分析、研究和数据挖掘提供了大量的数据支持。This topic is based on the development of the Hospital Information Management System of WUHAN Textile University, discusses in detail in the process of hospital information management, and puts forward the client/server development model. This thesis discusses the research and hospital management information system for the status and the existing software development technology. Against the background of WUHAN Textile University, detailed analysis of the functional require ments of the system, presented a practical and feasible design options. Meanwhile, for the system＇s widespread application, improving the response speed and guarantying the integrity of the data, according to the specific circumstances of the hospital, proposes and designs the distributional database system. After these technical analysis, the design and the realization, improves efficiency of data processing of hospital, provides data sharing, the unified management of digitai services and provides the data support for the hospital＇s analysis, research and data mining.
