摘　　要：该文通过介绍欧美国家以及我国近年来人员信息安全意识教育的现状，分析先进国家对于人员教育的成功经验及做法，对于涉及信息安全领域的组织机构建立科学有效的信息安全意识培养模式提供可参考的方法和途径。In this paper, through the introduction of Europc and the United States and our country in recent years the staff awareness of information security education in advanced countries for staff education, analysis of successful experiences and practices, to relate to the field of information security organization to establish a scientific and effective in~brmation security awareness training mode to provide a reference method and way.
