摘　　要：在Android平台上使用Java语言开发实现了手机英汉电子词典，并支持摄像头取词功能。文中详细介绍了系统的体系结构、界面的设计、词库的建立以及语音朗读和摄像头取词功能的实现技术。An English-to-Chinese electronic dictionary used in mobile phone was implemented, which used Java language and based on the Android platform. It also supported the function of camera to take the word. The paper detailedly introduced the implement technique of the structure of the system, the design of the interface, the foundation of the word database, and the function of speech reading and camera to take the word.
