摘  要:二氧化钛的消色力不仅取决于它的结晶能力、光学性质,而且也决定于它的制造技术,即二氧化钛的粒子大小、粒子形状及粒子分布。颜料钛白粒度也并非越细越好,而是要求一个最佳粒度,一般粒径为可见光波的半波长。即粒径为0.3μm左右。一般粒径在0.2—0.3μm范围的涂钛白消色力高、颜料性能好。本文就硫酸法颜料钛白生产中钛液浓度、晶种加入量,FeSO_4含量,水解时间,煅烧温度,煅烧时间对颜料钛白消色力的影响进行了实验。The achromatic energy is a important performance index to pigment of paint titanium white, it signifys the energy of titanium white pigment changing the colours of other pigments. The achromatic energy of is decided by its crystallization performance, optics nature and the manrfacturing engineering, it is to say, the particle size, particle shape, particle distribution of TiO_2. The paint titanium white whose particle diameteris has a strong achromatic energy and a good perfomance. In this paper, author analyzes the effects of some factors on the achromatic energy of pigment titanium white in course of manufacturing pigment titanium white by the sulphuric—acid method, these factors include the concentration of tianium liquid, the content of seed crystal, the content of FeSO_4, the hydrolyzing time, the calcining temperature and time.
