摘　　要：[目的]研究短梗五加的化学成分.[方法]采用硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化,利用理化性质和波谱分析方法进行结构鉴定.[结果]从短梗五加乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为桦木酸、芝麻素、槲皮素及β-谷甾醇.[结论]桦木酸为首次从该植物中得到.OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus Rupr.et Maxim.Seem.METHODS The isolation and purification was performed by silica gel column chromatography and the structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.RESULTS Four compounds were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate extract as the betulinic acid,sesamin,quercetin and β-sitosterol.CONCLUSION The betulinic acid was isolated from the Acanthopanax sessiliflorus（Rupr.et Maxim.） Seem for first time.
