不同血糖水平人群中心血管疾病危险因素的分布特征

摘　　要：[目的]研究延边地区朝鲜族及汉族居民不同血糖水平的心血管疾病危险因素分布特征.[方法]采取随机整群抽样法,抽取2 464人30～70岁朝鲜族和汉族常住居民,对其进行问卷调查,并测量身高、体重、腰围(WC)、臀围及血压,同时采集空腹静脉血测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)及血糖(GLU)水平.[结果]朝鲜族人群空腹血糖受损(IFG)组年龄、体重指数(BMI)、WC、腰围与臀围比值(WHR)、腰围与身高比值(WHtR)、收缩压(SBP)及TC,TG均明显高于正常对照(NGT)组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.001);两组舒张压(DBP)间差异无统计学意义.汉族人群IFG组年龄及WC,WHR,TC,TG水平均明显高于NGT组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.001);两组BMI,WHtR,SBP,DBP间差异无统计学意义.在本地区人群中,随空腹血糖水平增高,整体肥胖、各类腹型肥胖、单纯收缩期高血压(汉族)、收缩期高血压合并舒张期高血压(朝鲜族)、高血压、高胆固醇血症、高三酰甘油血症及血脂异常的患病率均升高.[结论]本地区人群中,IFG可能存在心血管疾病的发病危险.OBJECTIVE To study the distribution characteristics of different blood glucose for the risk factors of cardiovascular disease in Korean-Chinese and Han nationality residents.METHODS The questionnaires survey in 2 464 subjects with 30~70 years old of Korean-Chinese and Han nationality residents of Yanbian were performed by stratified cluster sampling,and height,weight,waist and hip circumference and blood pressure were measured,and total cholesterol（TG）,triglyceride（TG） and glucose were detected in fasting vein blood.RESULTS Mean level of age,BMI,WC,WHR,WHtR,SBP,TC and TG of Korean-Chinese were higher in inpared fasting glucose（IFG） group than in normal glucose tolerance（NGT,P0.05,P0.001）,and DBP had no significant different between two groups.Mean level of age,WC,WHR,TC and TG of Han nationality were higher in IFG group than in NGT group（P0.05,P0.001）,and BMI,WHtR,SBP and DBP had no significant different between two groups.The prevalence rate of generally obesity,centrally obesity,ISH（Han nationality）,SDH with DBP（Korean-Chinese）,hypertension,hypercholesterolemia,high TG and dyslipidemia increased significantly with FBG.CONCLUSION IFG is correlated with the risk of cardiovascular disease in Yanbian area.
