摘 要:[目的]了解延边农村地区女性的血脂异常分布特征及其相关因素.[方法]在延边农村地区随机抽取30~70岁朝鲜族和汉族女性1 859人,测量身高、体重、腰围及血压等指标,并取清晨空腹(禁食12h)静脉血,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及血糖等生物化学指标.[结果]朝鲜族和汉族女性的血清TC和TG的平均水平差异不明显,而汉族女性的HDL-C平均水平显著高于朝鲜族(P<0.001);朝鲜族女性血脂异常患病率明显高于汉族(P<0.001).延边地区女性的血脂异常与民族、年龄、腹型肥胖、高血糖及高血压患病呈正相关.[结论]延边农村地区朝鲜族和汉族女性的血脂水平及血脂异常患病率存在明显差异;朝鲜族、人群中年龄大、腹部肥胖者、高血糖患者和高血压患者的血脂异常患病危险性较大.OBJECTIVE To analysis the dyslipidemia distribution characteristics and its related factors in women of Yanbian country.METHODS 1 859 subjects with 30~70 years old of Korean-Chinese and Han nationality women were selected in Yanbian country to measure the height,weight,waist circumference and blood pressure,and total cholesterol(TG),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and glucose were detected in fasting vein blood.RESULTS Mean level of TC and TG had no significant different between Korean-Chinese and Han nationality women,and mean level of HDL-C was significantly higher in Han nationality women than in Korean-Chinese women(P0.001),and the prevalence rate of dyslipidemia had significantly higher in Korean-Chinese women than in Han nationality women(P0.001).The prevalence of dyslipidemia in women of Yanbian country had positive correlation with nationality,age,WHtR,hyperglycemia,and hypertension.CONCLUSION The lipid profiles and the prevalence of hyperlipideamia are significant differences between Korean-Chinese and Han nationality women in Yanbian country,and the prevalence of dyslipidemia was positively correlated with nationality,age,WHtR,hyperglycemia,and hypertension.
