摘　　要：目的:探讨护患握手协同按压拔针在肿瘤患者中的应用方法。方法:486例患者采用自身对照法,即同一患者的两次输液后分别采用不同的拔针方法,并设为观察组和对照组。两组患者拔针后,由患者根据自身感受如实评价拔针过程中的疼痛程度,观察针头回血情况,并记录观察不同拔针方法患者产生的局部不良反应(血液遗撒、血液溢出、皮下淤血)和疼痛程度。结果:两组疼痛程度、穿刺局部出血和淤血情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:使用护患握手协同按压拔针法可减轻肿瘤患者的疼痛程度,降低局部出血和淤血的发生率。Objective：To shake hands with the guards had pulled the pin in the execution of tumor patients.Methods：486 patients were observed by self-control method.The two groups of patients and needles for an evaluation according to their patients feel up to the process of pain,and watched the needle to record blood and observe different ways could produce the local adverse reactions including：（blood overflow,hypodermic gore） subcutaneous.Results：The two groups of the local level,pierce and congestion in the case,the difference between statistical significance（P0.01）.Conclusion：Used shake hands with the guard up with the law could reduce cancer patient of pain,local bleeding and congestion rate.
