摘　　要：目的:探讨护理操作流程对护理质量的影响,以不断优化护理操作流程,提高护理质量。方法:通过优化前护理操作流程和优化后护理操作流程的对比,对取药、摆药及静脉输液方面的影响因素进行分析。结果:护理操作流程对护理安全性、患者的满意度和工作效率影响较大。结论:优化护理操作流程对提高护理质量的作用较大,尤其是对护理操作比较多的静脉输液治疗。Objective：To evaluate the factors which effected the quality of nursing,optimize the nursing procedures and improve the quality of nursing.Methods：Through comparison the previous nursing operation processes and that of the optimized,and analysization of the factors which effected medicine-taking and placing and infusion wereed.Results：Nursing procedures will have significant impacts on nursing quality,degree of satisfaction in patients and work sfficiency.Conclusion：Optimized procedures play an important role on improvement of the nursing quality,especially on infusion which needs more nursing operation.
