深化三农金融事业部改革 为服务“三农”提供体制和机制保证

摘　　要：服务"三农"是农业银行应当承担的社会责任,探索建立长效服务"三农"的体制和机制是确保服务"三农"工作扎实、有效、持续发展的重要保障,其意义重大、势在必行。2008年3月以来,农业银行开始全面推进三农金融事业部制改革。吉林分行作为试点行之一,从构建三农金融事业部管理架构和运行机制、推进"三农"金融服务创新以及拓展服务"三农"的深度和广度三个方面采取了有效措施,全面推进改革试点工作。事实证明,吉林分行的改革举措取得了良好成效,并得到了多方认可和肯定,从而为农行进一步深化和扩大服务"三农"奠定了坚实的基础。Strengthening financial services for Agriculture, Farmer, and Rural Area （AFRA） is not only the social responsibility that the ABC should take, but also the significant measure to explore and establish long- term systematic and institutional guarantee for servicing AFRA. Since March 2008, the ABC started the reform of Financial Department of AFRA, and Jilin Branch was chosen as one of the pilots. Jilin Branch established the management frame and operation institution, stimulated the financial services innovation, expanded the financial services area, and improved the quality of the financial services. As tested by the facts, the reform of Jilin Branch was successful, and it will surely be the foundation of further reform and innovation.
