美国动产担保登记制度及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：美国《动产担保交易法》中的动产担保登记制度比较健全,由于其起步较早,受法律保护,且具有统一的担保登记机关和严格的查询程序,其经验值得我国借鉴。本文通过研究美国的动产担保登记制度,结合我国存在的具体问题,对于我国动产担保制度的建立提出了相应的建议。The personal property security registration system in American Secured Transactions Law is relatively sound.Since developed early,being protected by law and guaranteed by a uniform registration office,this rigorous inquiry process is worthy of our reference.Based on the study of the personal property security registration system in America,this paper proposed some suggestions for the establishment of the personal property security registration system in China.
