农业银行三农金融事业部改革试点调查——以农行吉林省分行为例

摘　　要：2010年,农业银行开始在四川、吉林等8省(市、区)分行下辖的561个县域支行,开展深化三农金融事业部改革试点工作。改革一年来,从农行吉林省分行的情况看,"三级督导,一级经营"的管理架构和"六个单独"的运行机制不断健全,体制机制优势逐步显现,"三农"金融服务力度不断加大,改革试点取得了重要的阶段性成果。同时,我们也看到机制优化和阶段性成果仍需巩固,改革中的一些问题也需要在实践中不断探索和解决。In 2010,the Agriculture Bank of China selected 8 branches to establish pilot reforms of the financial department of ＂Agriculture,Countryside,and Farmers＂.during one year,based on the investigation of the overall reform in jilin province that is the one of 8 btanches,the management framework and the operation mechanism of the financial department of ＂Agriculture,Countryside,and Farmers,is constantly improved,the advantage of the system mechanism is gradually appearing,financial services for ＂Agriculture,Countryside,and Farmers＂ is increasing continuously,the pilot reform has made important achievements.At the same time,we also see the system optimization and the staggered results still needs to consolidate,and the some questions of reform need to continue to explore and to solve.
