摘 要:目的评价在江滩地区喷洒氯硝柳胺悬浮剂(SCN)连续应用灭螺的效果。方法每年对有螺环境按SCN 2.0g/m^2,喷洒2~3次,间隔1w,考核灭螺效果。结果 2004~2010年江滩灭前活螺平均密度分别为6.00只/0.11m^2、4.25只/0.11m^2、2.04只/0.11m^2、1.95只/0.11m^2、0.97只/0.11m^2、1.35只/0.11m^2和1.58只/0.11m^2;灭后活螺平均密度分别为0 86只/0.11m^2、0.86只/0.11m^2、0.23只/0.11m^2、0.16只/0.11m^2、0.18只/0 11m^2、0.22只/0.11m^2和0.08只/0.11m^2。灭前及灭后钉螺活螺密度呈下降趋势,2010年灭后与2004年灭前相比,钉螺活螺框出现率由73.46%降为4.33%,下降了94.10%;活螺平均密度由6.00只/0.11m^2降为0.08只/0.11m^2,下降了98.67%。结论在江滩地区采用SCN连续喷洒灭螺,钉螺密度显著下降,灭螺效果稳定可靠。Objective To evaluate the long-term molluscicidal effect of suspension concentrate of niclosamide(SCN) spraying in marshland. Methods A dosage of 2 g/m2 of SCN was sprayed 2-3 times yearly, after 1 w, the molluscicidal effect was evaluated. Results From 2004 to 2010, the average density of living snails was 6.00, 4.25, 2.04, 1.95, 0.97, 1.35, 1.58 snails/0.11m2, respectively before spraying and 0.86, 0.86, 0.23, 0.16, 0.18, 0.22, 0.08 snails/0.11m2, respectively after spraying. The average density of living snails de- clined gradually in the years. The occurrence rate of frames with living snails declined from 73.46% to 4.33% with a reduction rate of 94.10%, and the average density of living snails reduced from 6.00 snails/0.11m2 to 0.08 snails/0.11m2 with a reduction rate of 98.67%. Conclusion After spraying continuously in marshland, the density of living snails declined significantly and the molluscicidal effect was stable and reliable.
