摘 要:在宽频范围(100~10 MHz)内,测量正常和水肿神经细胞模型的电导率与介电系数的频谱图,比较水肿前后神经细胞的电导率与介电系数的区别。采用SD大鼠脑皮质的神经细胞建立正常神经细胞模型,对其缺氧处理后建立水肿神经细胞模型,应用Agilent4294A阻抗分析仪分别对10组对照组模型、正常神经细胞模型和水肿神经模型的电特性进行检测。三种模型的电导率存在显著差异。水肿神经细胞模型的电导率大于其他两种模型的电导率,而正常神经细胞模型的电导率大于对照组模型的电导率。本实验有效地检测出正常神经细胞模型与水肿神经细胞模型的电导率差别,为应用脑磁感应成像对脑水肿相位差的检测提供了依据。Frequency spectrum of conductivity and dielectric permittivity between normal and edema neuron cell models were measured in broadband range(100~10 MHz),and their difference was compared.Normal neuron cell model was established by cortex of SD rats,and then in treating of hypoxia,edema neuron cell models was established,electrical characteristics were detected by applying Agilent4294A impedance analyzer in 10 groups among control group model,normal nerve cells model and edema neural model,respectively.There were significantly differences among the conductivity of three models.The conductivity of edema neuron cell model was greater than the conductivity of other two kind models,and the conductivity of normal neuron cell model was greater than the conductivity of control group.These experiments have detected the difference of conductivity between normal and edema neuron cell models effectively.These may be of great help for further cerebral edema phase shift detecting work by using magnetic induction tomography.
