摘  要:目的观察中暑模型大鼠循环系统急性生理改变。方法选择清洁级Wistar雄性大鼠20只,随机分为2组,分别为常温对照组和中暑模型组,每组各10只,然后将两组大鼠分别置于室温和高温环境(43℃)中,时间为90 min。采用多通道生理记录仪监测大鼠的直肠温度、平均动脉压及心率的动态变化规律。结果大鼠持续暴露于高温环境中时,直肠温度、血压和心率持续上升,血压和心率上升到峰值后开始下降,逐渐发生中暑,大鼠中暑后血压迅速降低、心率下降。结论中暑模型大鼠直肠温度\平均动脉压及心率发生特征性改变。Objective This study was performed to observe the pathophysiological changes of heatstroke rats,including the change of rectal temperature(Tr),mean arterial pressure(MAP) and heart rate(HR).Methods Twenty male anesthetized wistar rats of clean degree were randomly divided into normothermic control group(NT,n=10) and heatstroke model group(HS,n=10).The model group rats were exposed to 43 ℃ for 90 min while normothermic control group rats were kept at room temperature.Tr,MAP and HR of each rat were monitored continuously by multichannel electrophysiolograph.Results Tr,MAP and HR were observed to increase when rats were exposed to heat environment.Heatstroke was induced when MAP and HR started to decrease from peak value.After heatstroke,MAP and HR decreased quickly.Conclusion Heat exposure can cause Tr increasing continuously and the characteristic change of MAP and HR in rats.
