摘　　要：目的观察替普瑞酮(GGA)对中暑大鼠的保护作用。方法择清洁级Wistar雄性大鼠50只,随机分为5组,分别为常温对照组,中暑模型组和GGA低、中、高剂量组,每组各10只,然后将模型组和GGA给药组大鼠持续暴露于43.0℃的热仓中,持续70 min,观察肛温变化及大鼠热损伤后在室温中的存活时间。结果 GGA延缓中暑大鼠肛温上升速度并延长肛温到达40.0℃的时间,并可延长中暑大鼠在室温中的存活时间。结论 GGA对中暑大鼠具有保护作用。Objective This study was performed to observe the protective effect of geranylgeranylacetone（GGA） on heatstroke rats.Methods Fifty male clean degree wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,GGA group（25,50 and 100 mg/ kg）.Model group and GGA group were kept in the 43.0 ℃ chamber for 70 min.Rectal temperature was measured every five minutes and the survival time after heat injury was recorded.Results The increase of rectal temperature of rats in the heat chamber were delayed by GGA,while the survival time of heatstroke rats out of the heat chamber were prolonged by GGA.Conclusion GGA has a protective effect on the heatstroke rats.
