摘 要:目的观察不同浓度核桃青皮提取物对Hela细胞增殖的抑制作用,探讨提取物对Hela细胞生长的影响。方法光镜下观察Hela细胞形态的改变,MTT法测定细胞生长抑制率,免疫组化观察caspase-3蛋白的表达。结果随提取物浓度的增加,细胞形态的改变明显,细胞变圆,折光率增加,细胞逐渐减少,对细胞生长的抑制作用增强,caspase-3蛋白的表达增加。结论提取物可抑制Hela细胞的生长,上调Hela细胞caspase-3蛋白的表达。Objective To study the effects of extract from the green peel of carya cathayensis on cell proliferation and easpase-3 expression in Hela ceils. Methods Hela cells were incubated with 25,50,100,200,400 mg/L of extract from the green peel of carya cathayensis for 24 h, respectively. Morphological changes was observed by light micro- scope, cell growth inhibition rate was determinated by MTT method and Casapse-3 expression was measured by Immu- nohistoehemistry. Results With the concentration of extract increased, the morphology of Hela cell had been changed obviously, the cell growth inhibition rate also increased, as well as caspase-3 protein expression.Conclusion Both cell proliferation and caspase-3 expression in Hela were affected by the extract from green peel of carya cathayen- sis were affected by the green peel of carya cathayens.
