摘　　要：随着经济社会问题的日益复杂和地理空间信息技术的应用推广,经济社会资源的管理也逐渐与地理空间数据相结合。在此基础上构建的经济社会空间一体化管理的数据库为宏观经济管理提供决策支持服务已成为各级政府在电子政务建设中的重点。本人设计了江苏省经济社会空间数据库及其管理和应用平台,并对建设工作中遇到的重点难点问题进行了详细阐述,同时结合工作实际给出了解决方式,为各级政府进行同类工作提供了很好的借鉴经验。江苏省经济社会空间数据库的建设为公共决策提供了一个基础经济社会空间信息平台,提高了政府决策的效率。With the increasing complexity of economic and social issues as well as the application of geospatial information technologies,the management of economic and social resources is promoted to combine with geo-spatial datasets.To develop integrated geo-spatial database of social and economic resources,it serving the decision-making of e-governance at all levels.For this purpose we have designed the framework of this integrated database for Jiangsu province and developed an application platform.A detailed exposition and practical solutions are given to the key and difficult problems for constructing this integrated database.Such an integrated database provides a geo-spatial platform for managing the economic and social resources,and thus increases the efficiency of decision-making for governance.
