摘　　要：在全国第二次土地调查的过程中,部份地区协议书、地调表的制作是采用Word文档,其成果资料整洁美观,保存安全性高。通过专用工具开发,文档信息可以自动连接图形文件和数据库,减少了出错环节,保证了调查信息和数据库的一致性,提高了工作效率。In the national secondary land investigation,some written agreements and land investigation tables are making by the method of word document.The information of it is neat and artist,and could have a safety preserve.By developing the special tools,the information could connect with graphics file and database automatically,which could decrease error link.For the purpose of improving work efficiency,it could also ensure the consistency of investigation information and database.
