摘　　要：结合螺旋管圈水冷壁的结构特点和变压运行的特殊要求,分析了设计、制造和安装过程中容易留下的安全隐患。有针对性地提出在设计、制造和安装过程中如何运用合适的检验技术,建议运用设计文件鉴定、通球和内窥镜联合检查技术、γ射线检测技术和TOFD检验技术。Combined with structure features of helical tubes circle of water-wall and special request under operating pressure mode,analyzes there are the main safety hidden trouble during the design,manufacture and installation.Pertinently put forward how to use the appropriate inspection technology during the design,manufacture and installation process,it was recommended that the appraisal of design document,the ball passing test joint with endoscopy inspection technology,γradiographic testing technology and TOFD inspection technology should be used.
