摘 要:随着内蒙电网备用容量的不断增加,承担内蒙古电网调峰330 MW机组更是频繁参与深度调峰,机组低负荷稳燃风险增大,机组启停次数多,为保证低负荷稳燃时机组安全,有时需投油助燃。结合近几年发展起来的气化微油点火燃烧技术,对锅炉进行了技术改造,增加气化微油燃烧器及相关辅助设备及系统,使得锅炉在冷态启动及低负荷稳燃过程中可以不使用点火油枪和启动油枪,从而节约启动和稳燃用油。With the constantly increasing of reserved capacity in Inner Mongolia Power Grid,the 330MW unit to modify load in Inner Mongolia Power Grid is frequently involved to modify load in the depth,it is increasing that the risk of stable combustion with low load in the unit and it is increasing that the number of start and stop in units,the units sometimes need to cast oil combustion in order to ensure the unit safe of stable combustion with low load.With the developed combustion technology to ignition with gasify little oil in recent years,the boiler was reconstructed in the base of technological transformation with the gasify little oil burners and auxiliary equipments and combustion systems,it make the boiler system do not need starting and igniting oil gun when the boiler system is in the cold start and the process of stable combustion with low load,it can save fuel of start-up and stable combustion.
