摘 要:变频恒压供水系统实现了水泵的软起功能,根据负载变化自动调节水泵转速或增加/减少投入运行的台数,有效节约了电能的消耗。在实际应用中如何有效的对泵组进行调度控制,对合理设计变频恒压供水系统、降低使用成本、保证使用质量等有着重要意义。以单变频器恒压供水系统为例,介绍了一种新的泵组控制方式——基于时间优先级的控制,详细分析了控制原理并给出了其软件实现方法,为系统中的水泵始终保持高效节能的最佳状态提供了很好的调度控制方法。Variable frequency constant pressure water supply system could realize water pump's soft-start,automatically adjust the speed of water pump according to load change,add or reduce the number of operational water pump,and effectively save the consumption of electric energy.How to realize effective scheduling control of pump group in practical applications was a very important problem for reasonably designing constant pressure water supply system,reducing the cost,and guaranteeing the use quality.An example of constant pressure water supply system using one inverter was giwen,and a new control mode of pump group was introduced,that was,the control based on time priority.The principle of control was analyzed in detail and the soft implementation was given,which provide good scheduling control method of water pump to keep high efficiency and energy saving.
