摘 要:试验测定了郎德鹅不同填饲期(16 d、21 d、26 d)的肥肝性能及相关血液指标。结果表明,以填饲21 d取肝效果最佳,平均肝重615.1±122.1 g,料肝比最低(22.46∶1),26 d取肝则肝重增加不大(P>0.05),而料肝比增加13.62%(25.52∶1)。填饲后血液TG、CHO浓度增加,HDL-c、LDL-c提高,但TP提高较少,ALB、GLO及A/G变化较小;ALT、AST、LDH等碳水化合物代谢相关酶类则明显增加,MAO、CHE、GGT增加,ALP、ADA下降。HDL、LDL-c及TG、CHO等与16d肥肝重呈较强正相关,TBA、ALT、AST等与26d肥肝重呈正相关。It was measured the fatty liver performance and blood parameters in different force-feeding of 16 d, 21 d and 26 d. Results showed that sampling the liver on 21 d got the best benefit. Its average liver gain was 615.1 ~ 122. l g and the feed-liver ratio was the lowest. Compared to these, there was no significant different on liver gain (P 〉0.05) and feed-gain ratio was increased by 13.62% on 26 d. After padding the goose, contents of blood TG and CHO were increased, HDL-c and LDL-c were improved, but TP had little enhancement and ALB, GLO and A/G had little change. Enzymes related to carbohydrate metabolism such as ALT, AST and LDH, their activities were increased greatly, MAO, CHE and GGT were also increased, ALP and ADA were decreased. There was strongly positive correlation between HDL, LDL-c, TG, CHO and fat liver gain on 16 d. There was positive correlation between TBA, ALT, AST and fat liver gain on 26 d.
