摘　　要：为满足快速车载检测润滑油倾点的要求,研制了石油产品自动快速倾点测定仪。通过将研制仪器检测数据与标准方法测试结果对比及仪器精确度试验分析结果可见,研制仪器的检测结果与标准方法 GB/T 3535测试结果保持一致,其重复性、再现性满足GB/T 3535要求,仪器具有微量、自动、快速的分析特点。To meet the requirements of rapid mobile determination for pour point of lubricating oil,an automatic rapid apparatus for pour point of lubricating oil was developed.The test results from the apparatus were compared with that from the criterion method,and the precision of the automatic apparatus was analyzed.It was considered that,the test results from the apparatus are consistent with that from the criterion method GB/T 3535,the repeatability and the reproducibility of the apparatus can meet the requirements of GB/T 3535,and the pour point can be determined by the apparatus rapidly and automatically with a little sample.
