摘　　要：阐述了减压蒸馏生产润滑油馏分时"高真空、低炉温、窄馏分、浅颜色"的技术经济意义、获得与优化。探讨了蒸馏助剂技术优化和电脱盐技术改造应用效果。介绍了减压塔规整填料在润滑油型减压蒸馏中的应用。新型填料的应用有利于进一步提高减压蒸馏润滑油馏分质量,为润滑油系统后续工艺提供优质原料。通过润滑油型减压蒸馏的新技术应用和技术改造,加上精心操作,不断优化工艺管理,达到进一步提高减压蒸馏润滑油馏分质量的目的。It is described that the technical and economic significance of higher vacuum,lower furnace temperature,narrower fractions,lighter color when lube cuts were produced by vacuum distillation.The optimization technology of the distillation additive and the technological transformation of electric desalting are discussed.The application of structured packing in vacuum distillation tower during the lube type vacuum distillation is introduced.The utilization of new packing is conducive to further improve the quality of lube fraction by vacuum distillation and provide excellent raw materials for the follow-up process of lubricating system.In short,based on the application and innovation of new technology of the lube type vacuum distillation,careful operation,optimum process management,the quality of lube cuts by vacuum distillation can be further improved.
