摘　　要：PSTN网络演进步伐的加快,接入网的盛行,NGN的逐渐成熟,标志着电信网络已经进入了巨大的变革时期。介绍了上海贝尔的接入网关(AG)设备及阐述了现行PSTN网络改造为AG后的优势,并简单讲解了AG改造的实施方案。The speeding pace of PSTN network evolution, the prevail of access network and the gradual mature of NGN. All of this mark the telecom network has entered the great reform period. Introduce the AG equipment of Shanghai bell and express the advantage to transform PSTN network into AG besides. It will explain the implementation plan of AG briefly.
