摘　　要：企业劳动规章制度、企业规章制度是两个相互关联的概念,我国的企业劳动规章制度在劳动法以及劳动管理领域具有重要的意义。但现存不少问题,针对主要的问题,笔者提出了一系列建设性措施。The labor regulations and rules in Enterprises are related to the rules and regulations in enterprises.The labor rules and regulations in enterprises are of great importance in the field of labor law and labor management.However,there exist many problems.The author gives some constructive measures to solve the major problems.
