摘　　要：动车组列车客流特点鲜明,车厢内座位布局有别于传统列车的设置,车体高速全封闭运行,中途停靠时间短,列车运行沿线各停靠车站的基础设施中技防设备相对完善等等因素,对列车内的刑事犯罪行为和与之相伴生的侦查行为均有制约与影响。侦查人员应在深度把握动车组列车上多发刑事罪案规律特点的基础之上,创新侦查工作理念,注重案件侦破策略、方法、手段对动车组列车运营特点的主动适应与衔接;注重列车上、下侦查力量的协作与配合;注重对铁路基础设施效能的共享与适用性开发;注重对警用先进技术装备和科学技术手段的高效运用;注重日常的侦查工作基础经营与办案需要紧密衔接,进而全面提高罪案查办工作的效率。The passengers of MU trains have specific characteristics.The arrangement of seats in the compartments of MU trains is different from that of traditional trains.The car body of MU trains is sealed off and the berthing time in the journey is short.The prevention facilities are relatively advanced in the railway stations along the journey.The investigators shall grasp the basic characteristics of criminal cases occurring on MU trains,innovate investigation concepts and pay attention to the strategies,methods and means of investigation to completely improve the efficiency of investigation.
