摘  要:目的研究压电陶瓷制成的压电驱动器原理,利用其逆压电效应建立一种粘贴式压电陶瓷驱动器力学模型,解决驱动器控制建筑结构检测的问题.方法以单片PZT晶体为研究对象,取微元体建立一种单片PZT沿长度方向振动的驱动模型,通过波动理论及弹性动力学并结合第二类压电方程推导相应的PZT驱动控制方程.在外加简谐交变电场作用下,得出PZT的输出位移,及粘结层传递剪切力的解析解,然后进行参数分析.结果在交变电压作用下PZT的输出与电压成线性关系,粘结层的厚度及剪切弹性模量对PZT的驱动效果均有影响,即粘结层的厚度越薄传递的力越大,粘结层的剪切模量越大传递的力也越大.结论建立的驱动模型使PZT力学特性表现更为直观,使用更加简捷,为其在工程中的应用奠定理论基础.The purpose of the paper is researching principle of piezoelectric actuators made of piezoelectric ceramic. Setting up an actuating model for the surface patched piezoelectric ceramic actuator made for actua- tors for its piezoelectric effect. Solving the detected problem of actuator controlling building structure. Based on a patch of the PZT crystal, a unit of calculation is selected to set up an actuating model along the long di- rection of the PZT patch, and a relative control equation for the PZT actuating performance is derived by the wave theory and elastic dynamic as well as the second type piezoelectric equation. Under the action of a har- monic voltage, a theoretical solution for the output displacement and shear force delivered from the adhering layer is derived and a numerical simulation is also conducted. The results showed that the output force under the action of harmonic voltage is proportional to the amplitude of the voltage, and the thick of the adhering layer and the shear modulus have influence on the actuating effect. That is the thick of the adhering layer is the thinner the greater the transfer of power. The shear modulus of the adhering layer is the greater the trans- fer of power. The proposed actuating model makes the property of the PZT to be easy understanding and convenient for application in engineering.
