摘 要:目的判定某观光塔中铸钢节点构造是否合理,明确其传力机理和破坏模式,为设计提供参考.方法采用ANSYS对该铸钢节点在多种荷载工况作用下的受力性能进行有限元分析,并与相同条件下的钢节点进行比较,考察竖向加劲板和横向加劲肋的作用.结果节点设计承载力和极限承载力分别为设计荷载的1.4倍和3倍;该铸钢节点与相同条件下钢节点承载力性能基本一致;节点主要由节点管和竖向加劲板传力,且加劲肋和加劲板对节点管有较强的约束作用并能有效缓解应力集中.结论节点构造合理,传力明确,具有较大的承载力余富,分析所得数据可以为设计提供参考.The aim of this paper is to determine if typical cast steel joints used in a tower are reasonable, and to know the transfer mechanism and failure mechanism, in order to provide a reference for designing. The method is that using ANSYS to analyze the load-carrying capacity under multiple load cases, test the conse- quence of the steel tubular joints respectively with vertical and horizontal stiffeners. The result shows that the design load bearing capacity and limit load bearing capacity are separately 1.4 and 3 times higher than de- sign load respectively, and that the carrying capability of cast steel joints is similar as common steel joints under the same condition. The joints receive the force from the joint management and vertical stiffeners. And the stiffener and stiffener plate can make a strong binding effect to joint management in order to alleviate the stress concentration effectively. The conclusion is that cast steel joint transfers clearly, reasonable in struc- ture, enough for carrying capacity. The analyzed data can provide reference for design.
