摘　　要：目的研究稀浆下封层在施工中和施工后出现常见质量问题的规律,分析原因,提出提高稀浆下封层施工质量的有效措施,指导施工.方法根据《JTG F40-2004公路沥青路面施工技术规范》和《微表处和稀浆封层技术指南》的相关要求,并结合各地稀浆下封层施工经验,通过铺筑试验路段,对稀浆下封层施工中常出现的表面划痕、摊铺厚度不均匀、纵向接缝不直及施工后防水性能不足等质量问题进行分析和研究.结果对稀浆下封层的施工提出注重原材料的选择和级配控制、正确掌握施工工序、严格按照规范进行稀浆封层机的操作、配备专业施工人员等关键措施.结论稀浆下封层在推广应用过程中应严格按照规范要求进行施工,并根据各地道路工程特点提出适合的质量控制点,确保稀浆下封层的施工质量和良好的使用性能.In order to propose the effective measures of increasing the slurry seal construction quality and guide the construction, the regularity and reasons that common problems appeared during and after the con- struction was analyzed. Depending on JTG F40-2004 Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavements and The Micro-surfacing and slurry technical guidelines, the problems have been ana- lyzed and studied according to the construction experience of other places and the paving of test road, which usually appear in and after the construction of the slurry seal, such as broached groove in apparent, uneven paving thickness, not straight vertical joints, low waterproof ability and so on. As a result of that, we raised the key measures of the slurry seal as under seal coat such as focusing on the choice of raw materials and the control of gradation, proper understanding of construction process, strict accordance with the specification of the machine operation, allocating professional workers. We can draw a conclusion that as long as making sure of strict accordance with the specification requirements for construction, raising proper quality control points according to different construction features of each area, good construction quality and performance can be ensured for the slurry seal as under seal coat.
