摘  要:目的为了证明SBBR反硝化除磷系统中存在大量的反硝化聚磷菌,并对菌种的反硝化和除磷特性进行研究.方法 SBR中填加聚氨酯作载体,在厌氧/缺氧交替运行方式下利用NO 3-作电子受体进行反硝化除磷的试验,试验稳定期提取污泥,采用稀释涂布法和平板划线法对反硝化聚磷菌种进行分离,并用异染颗粒染色法和硝酸盐还原试验对筛分出的菌种进行鉴定.结果提取了3种具有反硝化和除磷双重功效的菌种,他们均具有异染颗粒,且革兰氏染色均呈阴性;2#、3#和5#菌株硝酸盐去除率分别为75.82%、78.26%和62.48%.结论 SBBR系统中存在大量反硝化聚磷菌,而且具有较好储磷和反硝化脱氮功能.The study aimed to prove the abundant existence of phosphorus-accumulating and denitrifying strains and to investigate their denitrifying and phosphorus removing performances in SBBR system. Adding polyurethane carders in SBR, the experiment used nitrate as electronic receptors to study denitdfying phos- phatation under anaerobic/anoxic conditions. The activated sludge was extracted in stabilization condition. The experiment used dilution coating method and flat crossed method to separate the denitrifying phosphorus removing bacteria, and also used metachromatic granules dyeing method and nitrate reducing test to identify the screening bacteria. The results showed that three strains were extracted, which had both denitrification and phosphorus removing efficacy. They all had metachromatic granules, and the Gram's dyeing was all neg- ative. The nitrate removal rates of 2#,3# and 5#strains were respectively 75.82% ,78.26% and 62. 48%. Large amount of phosphorus removing bacteria exist in the SBBR system and they perform good denitrifying and phosphorus removing effect.
