摘  要:目的 :研究导光纤维喉镜引导咽鼓管插管治疗中耳疾病的疗效。方法 :使用 Olymphus公司生产的 T3型纤维喉镜及冷光源系统和上海医用诊疗仪器厂生产的输尿管导管为 76例中耳疾病患者通气、吸引、注药治疗。结果 :76例、1 2 1耳中 1 0 3耳咽鼓管通畅 ,1 2耳症状改善 ,6耳效果不明显 ,有效率 95%。结论 :用导光纤维喉镜直接对准咽鼓管咽口 ,插入准确 ,治疗成功率高。因输尿管导管前端光滑 ,不易损伤鼻咽及咽鼓口粘膜 ,咽口内如有分泌物通过导管可直接吸净 ,如咽口粘膜水肿 ,可用 1 %麻黄素经喉镜滴入收缩粘膜。此法集吸引、通气、注药、扩张可一次完成治疗。Objective: To treat the middle ear diseases with cannula in pharyngotympanic tube by fiberoptic laryngoscope.Method: Seventy six cases with middle ear diseases were treated with aspiration,ventilation and injection of drugs with cannula of 2mm in diameter ureteral catheter under fiberoptic laryngoscope.Results: Among the 76 cases of 121 ears,103 ears were unobstructed in pharyngotympanic tube,12 ears got improvement of syndroms,6 ears had no obvious effect.In all,the effective rate was 95%.Conclusions:The anterior extremity of ureteral catheter is smooth,so it won′t injure nasopharynx and the ostium tubal auditivae mucosa.The ureteral catheter can absorpt the discharge,1% ephedrine dropped onto the mucosa can be anthydropic.Using this method to treat middle ear diseases,the authors can obtain high rate of success.
