摘 要:目的提出了极限条件下金属结构建筑的新监控方法,解决40X钢的管状试件在施加周期荷载时的材料组织缺陷性问题.方法金属内部损失和缺陷可以发出声波信号到传感器,通过接收装置将收集到的声波信号进行分析,进而判断损伤或缺陷的位置.实验时要不停地记录周期变形的积累值和声波发射信号.实验后记录相关的空间应力的应力轨迹.结果根据材料的极限状态准则得出蠕变最小速度区域,当增加蠕变最小速度时会降低材料的极限状态或者结构破坏;不断增加材料组织缺陷的积累速度不会导致声波发射信号数量的增加且材料结构接近损坏.结论与蠕变最小速度准则相比,材料组织缺陷最小积累速度准则更容易观察而且在判断材料结构极限状态时更加准确.The purpose of this paper is to research on the material defect of 40Xtubular specimen with cyclic loading, and then on the basic of the result, the new monitoring method of metal structure construction in limit state is propounded in this paper. Damage and defect in the interior of the metal can make a sound waves signal. By analyzing the signal which is received by the reception unit, the position of damage or de- fect can be judged. The accumulation of deformation value and acoustic emission signal is recorded during the experiment. After the experiment, the related space stress path is recorded. According to the material limit state standards, the area of creep minimum rate can be obtained. When adding creep minimum rate, the limit state of material can be reduced or the structural is damaged. Though the accumulation speed of material de- fect is increased, it can not lead to a rise in the number of acoustic emission signal and the material structure is close to be damaged. Compared with the minimum speed creep criterion, the accumulation minimum of speed criterion material defects is easier to be observed, and it is more accurate in verdict material structure limit state.
