摘  要:目的分析对比橡胶水泥土桩与普通水泥土桩复合地基在水平荷载作用下的工作性能,为橡胶水泥土桩在地基处理中的推广提供依据.方法采用室内模型对比试验,在竖向荷载施加到预定值之后,逐级施加水平荷载,利用UCAM-70A.IMP数采系统采集数据,同步记录不同荷载历时下的位移传感器、应变片、压力传感器的数值,绘制普通水泥土桩和橡胶水泥土桩水平力-应变曲线,对比在水平荷载作用下两者的工作性状.结果相同水平荷载作用下,橡胶水泥土桩的桩身位移大于普通水泥土桩;随着水平荷载的增加,桩体从上至下逐渐受荷屈服;橡胶水泥土群桩复合地基在水平荷载作用下的桩身最大拉应变,前排桩最大,后排桩最小;普通水泥土桩却相反.结论适量橡胶粉的掺加提高了桩身变形能力,优化桩土荷载分担比,使桩土承载力得到充分发挥,从而达到提高复合地基水平承载力的性能.The purpose of this paper is to analyze and compare the performance of composite foundation with rubberized cement-soil pile and ordinary cement-soil pile under the horizontal load,and to provide the basis for the wide use of rubberized cement-soil pile during the foundation treatment.The method adopted is using model contrast test in the laboratory,which includes three steps:firstly,apply the vertical load till it reaches the preset value,then apply the horizontal load step by step.Secondly,collect the real-time data with the system UCAM-70A.IMP and record the numerical value of the sensing probe,the foil gage and the strain gauge under different load.Finally,draw the curves of ordinary cement-soil pile and rubberized cement-soil pile and compare the different working properties of them under the horizontal load.The results show that under the same horizontal load,pile displacement of the rubberized cement-soil pile is greater than the ordinary.With the horizontal load increasing,the piles yield from top to down.Among the rubberized cement-soil piles,the tensile strain of the front pile is the largest and the back pile is the smallest;the ordinary cement-soil piles are in contrast.It can be concluded that appropriate mixing rubber powder increases the deformation capacity of the pile,optimizes the pile-soil load sharing ratio,and boosts the expressing of the bearing capacity of pile-soil,so the horizontal bearing capacity of composite foundation can be improved.
