摘  要:目的采用活性炭纤维阴极电Fenton法深度处理焦化废水,研究不同因素条件对焦化废水COD去除率的影响,确定最佳工艺参数.方法在自制三维电极反应器中,改变pH值、Fe2+投加量、曝气量、极板间距等因素对焦化废水进行处理.结果在pH为3、Fe2+投加量0.6 mmol/L、曝气量0.6 m3/h、极板间距10 cm条件下,对焦化废水处理效果最佳,COD去除率能达到95.73%.结论活性炭纤维阴极电Fenton法深度处理焦化废水是可行的.The experiment used the active carbon fibre cathode electricity-Fenton method to treat the coking wasterwater.Under different conditions,the removal rate of treating the coking wastewater was studied.The optimal technological parameters were ascertained.In the homemade three-dimension electrode reactor,in order to treat the coking wastewater,pH,dosages of Fe2+,aeration amounts and the electrode spacing were changed.When pH was 3,dosage of Fe2+was 0.6 mmol/L,aeration amount was 0.6 m3/h and the electrode spacing was 10 cm,the effect of treating the coking wastewater was the best.The removal rate of the volatile phenol COD reached to 95.73%.The active carbon fibre cathode electricity-Fenton method treats coking wastewater feasibly.
