摘 要:采用自编三维SPH程序对弹体侵彻陶瓷/金属复合装甲问题进行了数值模拟。为了描述金属和陶瓷材料非线性变形及损伤特性,在程序中嵌入Johnson-Cook和Johnson-Holmquist II本构模型及Mie-Gruneisen状态方程。SPH计算得到的典型位移随时间变化曲线与实验结果吻合较好。通过数值模拟合理再现了弹体侵蚀、陶瓷锥形成、飞溅和背板隆起撕裂等物理过程。研究了倾角对复合装甲抗侵彻性能的影响,结果表明,存在一个最优的靶板倾角,使得陶瓷/金属复合装甲的抗侵彻性能最佳。A three-dimensional smoothed particle hydrodynamics(SPH)code was developed to simulate the penetration of ceramic/metal composite armors by projectiles.The Johnson-Cook and Johnson-Holmquist II constitutive models and the Mie-Grüneisen equation of state were incorporated into the developed code to describe the nonlinear deformation and damage features of metal and ceramic materials.The typical displacement-time curves computed by the developed SPH code are in good agreement with the experimental results.The numerical simulations can represent the major features of the composite armor system such as,projectile erosion,ceramic conoid formation and splash,backing plate failure and so on.And the obliquity effects on the penetration-resistance ability of the composite armor were investigated.The results indicate that there exists an optimal obliquity for the penetration-resistance ability.
