摘 要:创新型研究生培养的复杂性来自两个方面:内在认识上,创新思维的形成过程至今尚无定论;外部环境上,师资力量、制度建设、资金投入等均是影响创新的重要因素。将创新过程理解为突破原有的限制而进行的"新组合",学术自由与创新型研究生的培养有着密切的联系。认识上的自由是实现新组合的基础,环境上的自由则是实现新组合的条件。具体操作时,应当保障研究生培养免受不必要的干预,同时为研究生培养提供充分的条件,切实提高研究生的创新能力。The complexity of cultivation of inovative graduate students has two sources. One is the internal recognization, and there is no agreement on how the inovative thinking comes into be- ing; the other is the eternal enviorment, factors as the skills of teachers, the institution construc- tion, and the funding investement, etc. are all important. Take the inovation process as a new combination which breaks out the existing limits, academic freedom have a close relationship with the cultivation of inovative graduate students. The understanding freedom is the basis of realizing this new combination, and the enivorment freedom is its conditions. In practice, the cultivation should be secured to be free from unnecessary interferences, and at the same time to be provided with abundant conditions to improve the inovative ability of graduate students.
