摘　　要：大学生自我教育是大学生对自己的教育,是他们主观能动作用的发挥,有其特有的内在心理机制。自我意识的发展和成熟是大学生自我教育发展的前提和基础;现实自我与理想自我的矛盾运动是自我教育的根本动因;需要是自我教育的内在源泉和动力;青年社会化是大学生自我教育的外驱力。Self - education of college studerts which owns their own education, is to play an lm- tiative role, and has its own intrinsic psychological mechanism. The development and mature of self consciousness is the premise and basis of college students＇ self - education ; the contradictory move- ment between real self and ideal self is the basic reason of self - education;the need is the inner source and power of self - education; and the socialization of youth is the outside driving force of self - education.
